To provide efficient support in accordance with set procedures and guidelines

  • To undertake a range of administrative tasks as part of a team rota to support the smooth running of the office.
  • To ensure that all work is processed in accordance with service standards and company procedures
  • To provide support by covering any gaps in the team in the best interests of the team and the company.
  • To assist management in other areas as requested.
  • Ensure that all work is completed within the clients Service Level Agreements
  • To issue all correspondence on the day it is dated.
  • Identify new processes that will enable the admin processes to continue to be streamlined
