What Might a Typical Day in this Job look like?
The apprenticeship role will include:
Carrying out general administration tasks
Answering incoming calls
Dealing with customer enquiries
Shredding confidential paperwork as and when required
Support all staff
Actively increase skills and knowledge within the role
Excellent timekeeping and attendance
What will I learn?
Apprentices will cover all aspects of administration from maintaining the administration systems to updating the computerised and manual filing systems. You will train through GTG to SVQ Level 3 in Business Administration.
What qualifications or qualities are required?
You must have or expect to gain National 4 or above In English, Maths, and an Admin or Computer Studies subject. Standard grades 1-4 and Intermediates will also be accepted.
It is essential that you are literate, numerate, reliable and keen to learn.
