Job Overview

All of our apprenticeships are classed as full-time employment so you will be earning a wage whilst gaining a qualification.

What Might a Typical Day in this Job look like?

You will be required to assist and support all office based activities such as:-

  • General administration

  • Telephone enquires

  • Photocopying/scanning/filing

You will gain experience in providing an excellent customer service, processing, communication and administration skills whilst becoming a valued member of the team.

Experience of Word and Excel would be advantageous

What will I learn?

Apprentices will cover all aspects of administration from maintaining the administration systems to updating the computerised and manual filing systems. You will train through GTG to VCQ Level 2 in Business Administration.

What qualifications or qualities are required?

You must have or expect to gain Candidates require GCSE English, Maths and also either IT or Business at grade A-C. Equivalent qualifications will be considered. 

It is essential that you are literate, numerate, reliable and keen to learn.
